The world is changing. We need to build personal and societal resilience. That means doing hard things.
Revolution Twelve is designed to support you to try hard things. To adopt new habits and break old ones. To think differently about how we're living and practice the actions which enable us to thrive.
So, how does it work?
Each month of the year, we take on one challenge. It is a way to focus on a single, achievable goal for a period of time which works well - a month is short enough to not be daunting, but long enough to experience real impact.
